• Deluxe Double or Twin can be for 02 persons maximum
• Premier Deluxe Double or Twin can be for 03 person maximum with the third person taking an extra bed ( chargeable)
• Suite Double or Twin can be for 03 person maximum with the third person taking an extra bed ( chargeable)
• Family can be for 05 person maximum with the fifth person taking an extra bed ( chargeable)

All room rates include buffet breakfast

Check-in is at 14h00 and check-out is at 12h00 PM

Occasionally, the hotel can allow early check-in if rooms are available and it may incur surcharge. Please contact us at booking@sunrisecentralhotel.com for further information or assistance

Late check-out requests can be met subject to room availability. Late check-out from 14h00-18h00 will incur 50% of daily room rate. Late check-out after 18h00 will incur 100% of daily room rate. The room rate applied for late check-out is the one booked

We have Double or Twin which is for 01 or 02 persons. Rooms for 03 persons include Premiere Deluxe Double or Twin and Suite Double or Twin in which the third person should take an extra bed. Family room has 02 Double beds for 04 persons and an extra bed can be for the 5th person

Every hotel room has a safety box.

The hotel provides free wifi internet in every room and in public areas. To know the password, please contact our Front Desk for it.

We do not have a children playground in the hotel.

We are sorry! Baby cot is currently not available. Kindly bring your own one to use when necessary.

We currently do not have one in our restaurant

Age 1-11 are considered as children, in which:
• Từ 1-5 tuổi được ở cùng giường với cha mẹ và dùng buffet sáng miễn phí.
• 1-5 years old can share free bedding with parents and have free buffet breakfast.
• 6-11 years old can share free bedding with parents but should incur half-price buffet breakfast. If this age requests an extra bed ( with surcharge) then buffet breakfast is free of charge (as included in extra bed price)
• 12 years old upward is considered as adult

We only have one restaurant ( named as Sunny Restaurant) which can also be operated as a Lounge/Bar

We can flexibly make some vegetarian dishes based on available ingredients of the day. To be sure, kindly ask the waiter/waitress to check with our kitchen

We do not have that special menu. Our A La Carte menu has some dishes which are suitable for kids

We are ready to provide room service on limited time. Serving time is 7h00-22h00

We do not provide free shuttle bus service. If you would like to use public bus, you can see it here (for airport bus tab)

The transportation time is approximately 25-30 depending on the time of the day and the traffic. The cost for a taxi transfer is about VND 120,000- 140,000/each transfer.

We provide private car transfer service. The pick-up from airport to hotel is VND 675,000/way/car (7-seat van) and drop-off is VND 225,000/way/car (7- seat car). The hotel does not have an in-house doctor. If case of need, kindly contact our Front Desk for assistance.

We do not provide massage service at the hotel. However, the busy surrounding area always has a great variety of services. Kindly contact our Front Desk for assistance.

The nearest hospital is known as Saigon Hospital which is about 600 meters away and it takes you 5 minutes to walk.

The currency exchange can be done by stopping at jewelry shops around the hotel area, especially on Le Thanh Ton Street near Ben Thanh Market. Kindly contact our Front Desk for detailed information. (Of course you can use Google Map Apps for specific directions)

The hotel is using 220 voltage in Vietnam.

Tap water should not be drunk directly. For in-house guests, we provide free bottled water in the room ( 2 bottles per room per day)

In Ho Chi Minh City, the weather is generally in tropical climate which is stable year round with sunny season from March-May and rainy season from June-Oct. From November to February, the weather is more comfortable.

Dressing in Vietnam is not too tough and generally comfortable. You can only pay attention when visiting sacred places that require elegant and formal dressing.
